Swim Team Update

NH Swim Team completed a difficult Christmas training regiment.  The North Hills Swim/Dive Team spent most of break in the water.  Getting up for doubles every day at 6:30 they came ready to work. On New Years Day swimmers completed the daunting set of 100×100’s. They were able to complete 400 laps in 2.5  hours.
