North Hills senior Abby Scheller is this week’s Trib HSSN Softball Player of the Week.

Scheller, a team captain for the Indians’ varsity softball team and a University of Akron recruit, had a monster week for North Hills.

On Monday, she went three-for-three with a home run in the team’s rematch against Fox Chapel. Her home run gave the Indians a 4-3 lead that paved the way for an 11-3 victory.

Then, on Wednesday, Scheller delivered in a huge way on senior night, as she hit for the cycle to lead her team to a 13-10 win over Hampton.
