The North Hills girls' volleyball team is off to a hot start this fall, as is junior setter Jenna Dominek.

Dominek was one of three girls selected as Players of the Week in WPIAL 4A volleyball last week. Selections are made by the Western Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association based on coaches' nominations.

Jenna helped guide North Hills to a 2-0 record last week, with both victories coming in the form of 3-0 sweeps. She had 37 assists and 13 aces in the winning efforts, earning her this recognition.

Entering this week, North Hills was ranked ninth in WPIAL class 4A in the coaches poll and sixth by the Post Gazette.
