Sophomore Kasey Toia qualified for the WPIAL Boys' Individual Golf Championships next week after an impressive performance at the qualifier on Monday.

For the boys' golf qualifier in 3A section 3, 81 was the score necessary to reach next week's championships, and Toia hit that mark exactly. As a result, he will play at Champion Lakes Golf Club on Tuesday, September 27 as one of 21 student-athletes from the section to make the cut. His tee time will be 11:30 AM.
