For information on summer workouts, reach out to the fall coaches. Visit the coach directory on the North Hills Athletics website for contact information.
Any athlete that wants to play in the fall will need to get a sports physical and complete the necessary online paperwork through Healthy Roster prior to the official start of the fall season. For more information on Healthy Roster, visit the Sports Physicals/Healthy Roster page on the North Hills Athletics website.
In addition to Healthy Roster, baseline concussion testing also needs to be done for student-athletes entering grades 7, 9, and 11 and participating in soccer, volleyball, cheer, or football. Student-athletes entering grades 8, 10, or 12 that have not previously completed the Sway Medical Baseline Test are also required to complete the testing. Have a great summer, and we’ll see you in the fall!
