Last week, the playoff push officially got underway at North Hills. Below are our teams’ results.

Boys’ Soccer

The middle school soccer teams wrapped up their seasons last week. The middle school white team finished 8-5, while the red team went 12-3-1.

Girls’ Volleyball

Varsity volleyball traveled to Pine-Richland on Tuesday for a first-round matchup against Hempfiled. North Hills got out to a 1-0 lead but ultimately lost, 3-1. While the playoffs didn’t go the way the girls had hoped, they had a fantastic season!

Cross Country

North Hills varsity cross country runners ran in the WPIAL Championships last Thursday. Although no one advanced, the boys’ team and the girls’ team earned their best finishes at the event in years. Congratulations to all of our runners on a great season!

Football

The varsity football team hosted Pine-Richland last week with a trip to the postseason on the line. Unfortunately for the Indians, they were unable to get a win, so the football season is over with the team finishing 4-6. Congratulations to the boys on a solid year.
