On Thursday, the Big 56 announced the All-Section teams for boys’ soccer, girls’ soccer, and girls’ volleyball.

North Hills had six student-athletes represented across the three sports. Three of those student-athletes earned honorable mention recognition, including Jack Scarsella (boys’ soccer) as a midfielder, Addyson Wrigley (girls’ volleyball) as a middle hitter, and Zoey Allen (girls’ volleyball) as a middle hitter.

Two North Hills athletes earned second-team recognition. Ava McElhaney (girls’ soccer) was honored as a goalie, while Giana Cutenese (girls’ volleyball) was recognized as a libero.

Ashlyn Fazio, a sophomore on the girls’ volleyball team, was the lone first-team honoree. She made the list as an outside hitter.

The final sport that will be recognized by the Big 56 this fall is football. Those All-Section lists will be revealed in the coming days.
