When the varsity girls’ lacrosse team travels to North Allegheny on Thursday, there will be more at stake than just another win.

North Hills locked up a berth in the postseason earlier this week with a dominant victory at home over the Shaler Area Titans. They enter this final section game of the season at 5-3, only one game better than North Allegheny.

A win over the Tigers would secure fourth place in the section for the Indians, while a loss could drop them below North Allegheny and into either fifth or sixth place.

Thursday’s varsity action begins at 6:30. For fans who are unable to attend the game, there will be a broadcast available via North Allegheny Sports Network.
