The varsity boys’ tennis team traveled to Gateway on Wednesday for the first round of the WPIAL Team Championship.

Coming off a preliminary round victory over Penn-Trafford, the 16-seeded Indians were hoping to pull off what would’ve been the biggest upset of the day in round one. Unfortunately for North Hills, the second-seeded Gators were too much, as they won the match 5-0.

For North Hills, this brings the season almost to its end. The team will celebrate senior day on Thursday before putting a bow on the 2024 season.
