Connor Davis and Gianna Reed have been named May’s Student-Athletes of the Month.

Davis, a senior on the boys’ baseball team, helped guide the Indians to a section championship and a first-round postseason bye this spring. In recognition of his efforts, Davis earned Big 56 All-Section Honorable Mention honors.

In the classroom, Davis has continued to excel, posting a 3.9 GPA while taking a challenging course load that features two CHS classes and an AP class.

Reed, a senior on the girls’ lacrosse team, served as a team captain for the 2024 season. She anchored the playoff-bound Indians’ defense and tallied her 550^th career save last month.

Coach Kryl praised Reed’s abilities as a leader and a teammate to mentor other players and establish and maintain the program’s culture, calling her a “do-it-all captain.”

Off the field, Reed accumulated an impressive 4.1 GPA while taking a pair of CHS classes and one AP class. She also participated in and led several clubs at North Hills.
