After earning silver medals in both the WPIAL and PIAA Individual Championships, junior Kayden Lightner has earned another honor.

The Pennsylvania Track and Field Coaches Association released all-state teams for cross country and indoor track earlier this year. Now, the teams for the outdoor track and field season have been unveiled, and Kayden was named to the third team.

This third team designation speaks to Kayden’s standing across the state. He earned the honor in the 800-meter dash, where Kayden set and broke his own school record on multiple occasions throughout the 2023-2024 school year.
