The boys' soccer team is playoff-bound for the first time since 2016, and on Wednesday, the boys found out who they will be playing in the first round of the WPIAL 4A tournament.

North Hills finished the regular season with a 10-8 record and went 4-6 in section play. They clinched a postseason berth a couple of weeks ago and ultimately ended up in a tie for fourth place with Pine-Richland.

With the 4A soccer bracket now released, the Indians are officially the 12-seed in the tournament. As a result, they will travel to Norwin to take on a Knights squad that finished second in its section with an 11-5-1 record (8-2 in the section). The winner of that game will advance to play the winner of the North Allegheny-Central Catholic matchup.

The action kicks off for North Hills on Tuesday, October 22. The game at Norwin High School is set to begin at 6:30.
