After advancing past last week's WPIAL Individual Championships, Carter Morvay and Brady Rohaly are poised for the PIAA Wrestling West Regional.

Rohaly will compete in the 114-pound weight class. In the WPIAL Championships, he came in seventh place. As a result, he'll begin his regional competition against the WPIAL champion from Hempfield.

Meanwhile, Morvay will compete in the 172-pound weight class. He earned third place in the WPIAL Championships and will face the second-place finisher from Obama Academy in District 8 in the first round of the West Regional.

The PIAA West Regional will be on Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1, at Canon-McMillan High School. The top five finishers in each weight class will move on to compete in the PIAA Individual Championships.
