North Hills wrestlers will return to action this weekend for the WPIAL Individual Championships.

Nine members of the North Hills wrestling team qualified for the WPIAL event after advancing past last week's sectional competition. 

Wrestlers competing this weekend are Giovanni Polito (107 lbs.), Brady Rohaly (114), Logan Milligan (121), Paul Cerminaro (139), Thomas Cloonan (152), Austin DeMartino (160), Carter Morvay (172), Cameron Healey (215), and Burkhonjon Sobirjonov (285).

The WPIAL Championships kick off on Friday, February 21 at 5:00 PM at Canon-McMillan High School and continue Saturday, February 22, at 10:00 AM. Tickets can be purchased via GoFan.

The top seven finishers in each weight class will advance to wrestle in the 3A West Regional, which will also be held at Canon-McMillan High School. The regionals are slated for Friday, February 28, and Saturday, March 1.
